They are adept communicators with strong technical knowledge and a knack for problem-solving.\nAt Pointr, we empower TPMs to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver premier indoor technology solutions. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create the future of indoor experiences.\nAt its core, this role requires the TPM to combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple, often concurrent project lifecycles.\nAs the Sr. TPM for Healthcare, this person operates as a player-coach: they own delivery for their own healthcare projects and programs end-to-end, including large, multi-site, multi-customer programs, while also serving as the strategic lead for the vertical.\nAs the strategic lead, this person sets priorities across the portfolio of healthcare vertical projects based on project needs and client value, standardizes delivery processes for the vertical, and works closely with the account owners and delivery team leads to track resource availability and effectiveness. Other TPMs rotate onto healthcare projects as volume requires, and are coordinated by the Sr. TPM.\nOversee program focused on delivery of all projects for our aggressively growing health care vertical; managing and reviewing project needs, client value, and determining priority across all projects for the health care vertical. Standardize and\nwork closely with the account owner, and the delivery team leads to track resource availability and effectiveness.\nTrack and report on resource utilization and limitations, escalating for resolution.\nCore Responsibilities\nOwn requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners, ensuring timely, efficient delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nWork with client and delivery team members to rapidly and accurately deliver Pointr products and services.\n\nReview and identify Delivery Organization process improvements focusing on shortening the effort and duration of delivery activities.\n\nWork with clients to identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues. Coordinate and solve these issues working closely with technical teams.\n\nDevelop broad understanding of Pointr products, enabling an increasing ability to provide direct support and problem resolution to map, wayfinding, and integration solutions.\n\nProactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Pointr’s solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success\n\nClosely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s suite of technology with client applications\n\nInvestigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside Pointr’s delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability\n\nFacilitate client status meetings to manage the scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments\n\nLearn! Master Pointr’s product suite to better understand how clients can use our technology and in turn supplement our product roadmap\n\nEngage in proactive and timely communication that consistently impresses our clients.\n\nSet priority across all healthcare vertical projects based on project needs, client value, and delivery capacity.\n\nCoordinate and support other TPMs rotating onto healthcare projects as volume requires.\n\nStandardize delivery processes across the healthcare vertical, in partnership with the account owner and delivery team leads.\n\nTrack and report on resource utilization and limitations across the portfolio, escalating for resolution.\n\nPartner with hospital IT, network, and facilities teams; support EHR integration work (Epic in particular), RTLS, and patient experience initiatives.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with client-side executives across the healthcare portfolio.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n10+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company\n\n5+ years leading programs supporting multiple client implementations simultaneously, successfully, at speed.\n\n3+ years of experience working in the health care industry with hands-on exposure to health IT, EHR integration (Epic in particular), RTLS, hospital facilities operations, patient experience initiatives, or hospital network teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability to move in a fast-paced environment, learning on the job while juggling multiple deliveries.\n\nExperience leading the delivery and support phases of the customer lifecycle.\n\nA self-starter by nature with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology\n\nLike us, you're a high-performer with an exceptional record of getting things done in a fast-paced, analytical environment\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders\n\nProcess-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements\n\nExperience managing or mentoring other project or program managers in a matrixed or player-coach capacity.\n\nExperience delivering large-scale, multi-site, or multi-customer programs.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)\n\nExperience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)\n\nProject Management Professional® (PMP) / Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certifications preferred\n\nWhat We Offer?\nSupportive, kind (no-ego), and smart team\n\nHybrid work (2 days being in the office is required)\n\nInternational environment and inclusive culture\n\nCompetitive base salary and attractive stock options\n\nCool and comfortable office in Boston (Back Bay) or access to WeWork in other locations\n\nPrivate health care (75%) and Dental\n\nCompany-sponsored parental leave\n\n18 days PTO, plus sick time + 12 holidays per year\n\n401(k) retirement scheme\n\nCompensation\nBase salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 + bonus, based on experience and market.
