They are adept communicators with strong technical knowledge and a knack for problem-solving.\nAt Pointr, we empower TPMs to partner with clients and internal teams to deliver premier indoor technology solutions. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by leveraging cutting-edge technology to create the future of indoor experiences.\nAt its core, this role requires the TPM to combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple, often concurrent project lifecycles.\nCore Responsibilities\nAs assigned, own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for our global clients and partners, ensuring timely, efficient delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nAs assigned, own ongoing support of existing customers, including upgrades, expansion, and further product integration.\n\nWork with clients to identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues. Coordinate and solve these issues working closely with technical teams.\n\nProactively partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, regularly educating them on Pointr’s solutions and deployment process while serving as a key partner to their success\n\nClosely collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s suite of technology with client applications\n\nInvestigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside Pointr’s delivery teams to ensure solution quality and sustainability\n\nFacilitate client status meetings to manage the scope and schedule of multiple, often concurrent deployments\n\nLearn!
