You’ll lead multiple client projects from planning through deployment, working across client stakeholders and Pointr’s technical teams to keep projects moving and deliver a great client experience.\nThis role also includes occasional travel (10-15%), primarily to support hardware installations and on-site client needs.\nCore Responsibilities\nOwn requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners\n\nSupport existing customers through upgrades, expansions, and additional product integrations\n\nWork directly with clients and technical teams to identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues\n\nHelp commercial and technical stakeholders understand Pointr’s solutions and deployment process\n\nCollaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s technology with client applications\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues alongside Pointr’s delivery teams\n\nLead client status meetings and manage scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple concurrent deployments\n\nBecome an expert in Pointr’s product suite, helping clients get the most from our technology and bringing their feedback back to the product team\n\nCommunicate proactively and clearly, keeping clients informed throughout the delivery process\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company\n\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learning on the job while managing multiple concurrent projects\n\nExperience leading customer-facing projects through delivery and ongoing support\n\nA self-starter with working knowledge of Agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about indoor location technology\n\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders\n\nProcess-oriented with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus)\n\nExperience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project)\n\nProject Management Professional® (PMP) / Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certifications preferred\n\nWhat We Offer?\nSupportive, kind (no-ego), and smart team\n\nHybrid work (2 days being in the office is required)\n\nInternational environment and inclusive culture\n\nCompetitive base salary and attractive stock options\n\nCool and comfortable office in Boston (Back Bay) or access to WeWork in other locations\n\nPrivate health care (75%) and Dental\n\nCompany-sponsored parental leave\n\n18 days PTO, plus sick time + 12 holidays per year\n\n401(k) retirement scheme\n\nCompensation: $105,00 - $120,000 Base + Bonus + Stock Options\n\nWe Succeed Together\nGreat outcomes happen when talented, diverse people come together with a shared purpose.
