Your primary focus will be on technical installation and implementation projects for our customers.\nYou will work closely with our customers' IT and security teams, as well as Pointsharp product specialists, product owners, and sales teams. You will follow projects throughout their lifecycle - from technical planning and installation through verification, documentation, and handover to operations and support.\nThis role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Microsoft enterprise environments who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction and knowledge sharing.\nWhat you'll do\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPlanning and executing installations and implementations as part of customer projects\n\nConfiguring and integrating Pointsharp Net iD with customers' existing IT environment\n\nWorking with solutions involving X.509 certificates, smart cards, strong authentication, and passkeys\n\nConducting technical assessments, testing, verification, and troubleshooting\n\nProviding technical support and advice following implementation\n\nDocumenting solution designs, configurations, installations, and customer-specific adaptations\n\nParticipating in workshops and customer meetings\n\nSupporting the sales organization with technical expertise during pre-sales activities\n\nCreating and continuously improving content for our knowledge base, technical documentation, and FAQs\n\nIdentifying customer needs and feeding ideas and improvement suggestions back to our product owners\n\nContributing to the development of our working methods, installation processes, and technical recommendations\n\nOther related responsibilities may also be part of the role\n\nWhat we're looking for\nWe are looking for someone with:\nSeveral years of experience working in Microsoft enterprise environments\n\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server\n\nA good understanding of networking, DNS, certificates, and authentication solutions\n\nExperience with PKI and X.509 certificates\n\nExperience with technical installations, integrations, or implementation projects\n\nThe ability to systematically analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues\n\nThe ability to document technical solutions clearly and in a structured manner\n\nStrong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken\n\nWho you are:\nYou are an experienced and confident technical professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and driving technical initiatives forward.\n\nYou are solution-oriented, detail-focused, and service-minded, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, vendors, and partners.\n\nYou are able to understand a customer's business and explain complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way.
