Your mission is to help them become more successful on the Poki platform by building strong relationships and using data and platform knowledge to guide decisions and priorities.\nYou’ll assess game performance, define partnership roadmaps, and act as the bridge between developers and our internal teams such as product, data, developer support, and marketing. Your work directly impacts the growth of games, studios, and the platform as a whole.\nYour challenge as an Account Manager at Poki\nGrowing your portfolio: Help developers improve performance, launch new games, and identify opportunities for long-term growth\nManaging complexity at scale: Balance priorities, expectations, and workflows across many different accounts, each with their own needs and challenges\n Understanding how the Poki ecosystem works: Learn how our platform, data, products, and partners fit together, and how to leverage them for developer success\nYou have\n5+ years of experience in account management or partnerships (medior+ level), with a proven track record of managing complex stakeholders and high-potential relationships\nSolid knowledge of games or digital products, allowing you to advise developers on design choices, updates, and strategy\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to ground conversations and decisions in data\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with creative teams and speak their language\nA strong sense of ownership and proactivity, anticipating challenges and driving decisions across internal teams\nBonus experience\nExperience working with game studios, publishers, or developer communities\nFamiliarity with web games, free-to-play models, or ad-based monetization\nExperience collaborating with international partners or cross-cultural teams\nWhy work at Poki?\nDirect impact on the experience of our players and our community of 600+ game developers.\nA lot of personal responsibility and freedom, plus the chance to work together with a diverse, international, talented and self-motivated team.\nPlay is how we learn; we make sure everyone is being challenged and offer an annual training budget.\nWhen you grow, we grow: build your career at a fast growing tech scale up.
