Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDocument hot calls and communicate to drivers\nRun change-overs, sort, and coordinate delivery\nEnsure all pilot orders are complete\nRemove deleted orders from planners\nMonitor e-mails from planners that pertain to part issues\nCommunicate to receiving for trailer orders needed for production\nReplace ribbon and paper in printers\nBalance lines for daily quantity when changes are made\nInvestigate VVNTS\nInvestigate part discrepancies\nCoordinate return parts back to warehouse\nRun pick sheets and scan packing slips\nLog inbound/outbound trailers\nMaintain storage trailers and picks associated with storage trailers\nMaintain inbound visual management board\nRun Spirit Lake picks and audit\nReceiving audits at the end of each shift\nReceive and key parts to trailers (tires, seats, exhaust, X-orders)\nScan packing slips (end of shift when receiving is completed)\nVerify empty trailer reports\nCall spotter drivers to coordinate trailers in and out\nFIFO storage trailers\nCommunicate with receiving drivers on part and trailer issues in dock\nRun daily error query\nRun daily picks/ hot picks, and notify drivers\nSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE\n2 years college preferred\nComputer skills (AS400, Excel, Word, Showcase, Outlook, SharePoint)\nCommunication skills - ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast paced environment\nAccuracy minded and detail oriented\nMust be able to prioritize workload\nMust be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work overtime with little or no notice\nBase Pay Range:\n$23.43 - $27.93Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
