This role oversees inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, warehouse performance, and internal material movement to support high-volume production and distribution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and extensive experience in manufacturing environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience in materials management or warehouse operations. \nExperience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing industries. \nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous-improvement tools.\nRequired Qualifications\nProven ability to lead warehouse and materials-flow teams. \nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. \nStrong understanding of inventory accuracy, internal material flow, and logistics coordination. \nEffective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.\nPosition Overview\nThe Materials Manager oversees all warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, picking, inventory control, and outbound shipping. The role ensures timely and accurate material flow to production lines, maintains strong inventory accuracy through cycle-count programs, and drives operational excellence.
