This position will be responsible for achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while supporting the development of the production team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in CNC machining, machining centers, and manufacturing processes.\nKnowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, tooling, machining parameters, and equipment.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.\nExperience managing production KPIs such as output, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and quality performance.\nExperience with continuous improvement and root cause problem-solving.\nAbility to coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.\nStrong leadership and people management experience.\nKnowledge of 5S, safety, environmental, and quality standards.\nRequired Qualificatio ns\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field preferred.\n3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with previous exposure to machining/CNC operations.\nPrevious experience leading production teams.\nStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nPosition Overview\nSupervise daily machining/CNC production operations to achieve production schedules and safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
