Serving as the business owner for campaign marketing, email marketing, paid media, and customer cultivation programs, you will align plans with business priorities and measurable performance goals. Through close partnership with Category Management, Sales, Analytics, Digital, Creative, and agency teams, this role delivers integrated campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key business objectives. This position offers ownership of multi-channel marketing programs and the opportunity to influence customer lifecycle and revenue performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the development of integrated marketing and promotional strategies, campaigns, and customer offers in partnership with Sales and Category Management teams.\nFacilitate the annual parts, gear, and accessories marketing campaign and promotional calendar, aligning activities with business priorities, inventory needs, seasonal opportunities, and revenue goals.\nCoordinate integrated go-to-market plans across marketing channels in support of product launches, seasonal initiatives, and key business objectives.\nOwn the planning, prioritization, and performance of email marketing programs, including customer segmentation and targeting strategies that support acquisition and retention objectives.\nDrive ongoing testing and optimization to improve email marketing effectiveness.\nLead paid media planning and prioritization across the parts, gear, and accessories portfolio, partnering with media agencies and Digital teams to optimize performance.\nManage channel investments, maximize return on marketing spend, and apply performance data to future media investment decisions.\nLead customer cultivation initiatives across owner communications, loyalty-focused programs, direct mail, and customer relationship management programs.\nDevelop customer lifecycle strategies designed to increase engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value.\nEstablish key performance indicators and reporting frameworks, analyze campaign results, and present actionable recommendations, learnings, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.\nDesired Competencies:\nBusiness Acumen: You understand how your work impacts financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational goals, and you make decisions with the broader business context in mind.\nCollaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.\nData & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master of Business Administration preferred.\nAt least five years of marketing or related experience; digital marketing experience preferred.\nDemonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver assignments on time and within budget.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.\nAbility to work autonomously at locations such as video shoots, shows, and events.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills.\nAbility to work in a standard hybrid working environment.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\nTo qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.\nWe are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.Apply today!\nAt Polaris we put our employees first, by offering a holistic approach to their health and financial wellbeing.
