You will also contribute to data and reporting initiatives using Snowflake and Power BI. In this role, you will work closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that enable accurate and timely financial insights. You will balance hands-on development with system support and continuous improvement of processes and integrations. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your expertise across financial systems, data platforms, and analytics while influencing how financial information supports decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.\n\nPartner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nSupport implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.\n\nMaintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.\n\nSupport reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.\n\nMaintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.\n\nAssist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.\n\nDesired Competencies:\nTechnical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.\n\nProblem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.\n\nCollaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.net or C# required.\n\nExperience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.\n\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on finance solutions required.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nThis position follows a hybrid work model with three days in the Medina, MN office and two days remote per week.\n\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\n\nThe starting pay range for Minnesota is $95,000 to $117,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
