And they’re good at it.\nWe’re looking for an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering multiple IT products end-to-end.\nThis role combines project management, delivery ownership, and client partnership, with a lighter but important product angle. In practice, it’s a highly hands-on, communication-heavy role where you’re responsible not only for keeping delivery on track, but also for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.\nYou’ll work across a portfolio of projects (typically 2-5 at a time), each at a different stage - from early discovery to active development and maintenance. Some will be structured and predictable, others more complex and evolving.\nIt’s a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a flexible environment, can make good decisions, adapt the approach, and communicate clearly - especially when things get challenging.\nResponsibilities\nManage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle\n\nWork with clients from all over the world and build long-term relationships\n\nLead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed\n\nTake full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation\n\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams\n\nKeep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes\n\nEnsure delivered solutions match real business needs\n\nHandle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2-5)\n\nIdentify risks early and communicate them clearly - even when conversations are difficult\n\nOpenness to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings\n\nSolve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience.\n\nRequirements\nReal ownership over delivery, communication, and project direction\n\nWork across diverse products and technologies - from greenfield builds to ongoing development\n\nDirect collaboration with international clients (you are the main point of contact)\n\nOpportunity to shape experience independently leading end-to-end software delivery projects with full ownership from kick-off to successful delivery\nStrong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively\n\nExperience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the project context\n\nAbility to assess project specifics (complexity, scale, uncertainty) and adjust the approach accordingly\n\nFluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them in delivery workflows\n\nConfidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks, challenges, and decisions clearly\n\nStrong communication skills and a mature, professional approach to client and
