clients from all over the world and build long-term relationships\nLead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed\nTake full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams\nKeep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes\nEnsure delivered solutions match real business needs\nHandle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–5)\nIdentify risks early and communicate them clearly – even when conversations are difficult\nOpenness to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings\nSolve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience.\nWymagania\nWhat we’re looking for:4+ years of experience in IT project or product management\nMust-have: proven experience independently leading end-to-end software delivery projects with full ownership from kick-off to successful delivery \nStrong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively\nExperience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the project context\nAbility to assess project specifics (complexity, scale, uncertainty) and adjust the approach accordingly\nFluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them in delivery workflows\nConfidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks, challenges, and decisions clearly\nStrong communication skills and a mature, professional approach to client and team collaboration\nVery good command of English (daily client communication).\n\nIt would be great if you also have:Experience with discovery, workshops, or shaping product
