And they’re good at it.\nWe're currently looking for a Mid/Senior UX/UI Designer with Full-Stack Development Skills to join a long-term project for a US-based client that has been delivering digital marketing solutions for major businesses for over 20 years.\nYou'll contribute to two evolving digital products: a co-op advertising management platform that simplifies campaign management, settlements, and reporting, and equipment marketing applications that help manufacturers showcase their products and generate qualified sales leads.\nThis is a design-first role with hands-on development responsibilities. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys both designing user experiences and bringing them to life through code - with UX/UI design taking priority.\nHere's how your time will be split:\n45% UX/UI Design - creating mockups, planning features, and designing user experiences in Figma.\n\n20% Frontend Development - implementing interfaces using a modern frontend framework (React + TypeScript preferred).\n\n35% Backend Development - working with Python, REST APIs, and scripts to support product functionality.\n\nDesign is a substantial part of this role, not just a quick step before coding. One of the products still needs its UI mockups developed, while design work has already played a major role in the evolution of the other.\nYou'll help shape the user experience of both platforms and turn your designs into working features, collaborating directly with the client's CTO and developers in a small, international team.\nResponsibilities\nDesign intuitive UX/UI experiences for two evolving digital marketing platforms.\n\nCreate mockups, wireframes, and interface designs in Figma, including planning new features before development begins.\n\nTranslate business requirements and complex workflows into practical, user-friendly interfaces.\n\nDesign new experiences and improve existing ones, focusing on usability and visual consistency.\n\nTurn your designs into functional frontend features using a modern JavaScript framework.\n\nDevelop and maintain backend functionality using Python, including REST APIs and scripts.\n\nWork on both existing functionalities and new solutions as the products evolve.\n\nCollaborate directly with the client's CTO and developers, taking ownership of your work from initial concepts through implementation.\n\nRequirements\nFrom Figma to working features - stay involved beyond the design stage and help implement the experiences you create.\n\nReal influence on product direction - contribute to shaping interfaces and functionalities for two evolving digital platforms.\n\nLong-term cooperation - work on continuous product development rather than a one-off design assignment.\n\nVariety in your daily work - balance creative design challenges with frontend and Python backend development.\n\nDirect collaboration with decision-makers - work closely with the US client's CTO in a small, focused team.\n\nModern technology environment - the products use Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.\n\nUS collaboration without evening shifts - some overlap with the US team is needed, but availability until approximately 4-5 PM Polish time is sufficient.\n\nBenefits\nMid-level or higher commercial experience in UX/UI or Product Design, particularly for web applications.\n\nStrong, demonstrable UX/UI design skills backed by a solid portfolio - this is our top priority.\n\nVery good command of Figma, including creating mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs.\n\nPractical commercial experience with Python, including REST API development and scripting.\n\nHands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (preferably React + TypeScript).
