You'll work alongside Andy (our other Lead Data Analyst), as well as Jenny and Juanma, to complete our analytics leadership team. \nAs one of our most senior analysts, you'll bring deep technical skill and a real feel for how analytics shapes the business. You'll make the team better, supporting everyone around you to do their best work. Around 60 to 70% of your time goes on hands-on work. The rest goes on peer review and coaching. \nPartner with a business team on projects with real commercial impact. For example, one of the team built price elasticity tools that help Trading spot pricing gaps and opportunities. \nMeet those partners halfway, connecting them with the data they need. They know their numbers inside out, but not our data platform. \nHelp set our standards for how we code, review and share our work. \nBuild reusable workflows and tools, and bring in new ones that help the team work better. \nHelp us use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT well, checking accuracy so people can trust the results. \nManage and coach two analysts, supporting them to grow and deliver work that matters. \nWho are you: \nSignificant experience in data analysis (typically 5+ years), with a track record of work that made a measurable difference. \nYou know SQL inside out, you've worked with GCP or another cloud data warehouse, and you've built tools others use every day. \nHands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your work, and helping others use them well. \nYou enjoy working together with business teams and understanding how they think. \nExperience coaching or mentoring other analysts, formally or informally. \nIt's a bonus if you have insurance experience, or have used Power BI, dbt or Python. \nBenefits: \nThis role will be based in our London office in a 50/50 Hybrid mode. \nWe match your pension contributions up to 7% \nPrivate medical & Dental cover \nLearning budget of £1,000 a year + Study leave (with encouragement to use it) \nEnhanced maternity & paternity \nTravel season ticket loan \nAccess to a wide selection of London O2 events and use of a Private Lounge \nEmployee Wellbeing Programme \nPrayer room in Office \nWhat We Stand for and Next Steps “We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer.
