Embedded Insurance Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Structure and pitch embedded solution to target customers across South East Asia region.
• Develop and execute strategies to support the company’s overall business plan in South East Asia.
• Execute and negotiate treaty agreements with strategic partners.
• Support the sourcing of partnership opportunities.
• Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop innovative insurance products relevant to the company’s target segments.
• Build new and deepen existing B2B client relationships by leveraging on the capability.
• Carry out negotiations with partners in introducing our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions to further benefit both parties.
• Analyze partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partners performance and effectiveness and drive growth.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• More than 5 years of experience in the related industry.
• Strong writing and verbal negotiation communication skills.
• Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve with excellent time management skills.
• Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
• Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
