The role partners closely with senior leadership, providing analytical rigor and deal execution capability to support the company's growth and strategic priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions - acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments - including negotiations with external parties such as lenders, legal counsel, and advisors.\nIdentify, screen, and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy, including target search and competitive benchmarking.\nPrepare and review financial and valuation models, investment papers, and board materials to support decision-making on M&A opportunities.\nManage the due diligence process across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams, coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors.\nAssess synergies and lead post-merger integration planning to ensure transactions deliver their intended value.\nMonitor industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to surface new M&A and growth opportunities.\nPresent analysis, findings, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, functional heads, and the board.\nProvide guidance and oversight to junior team members supporting transactions; review their analysis and outputs.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations to ensure deals are executed smoothly and in compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.\nRequirements\n5-7 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.\nPrior transaction experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector is highly preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA or CFA is an advantage.\nStrong financial modeling and valuation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.\nDemonstrated experience managing due diligence processes and deal negotiations.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and strategic information to senior leadership.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional deal teams and manage multiple workstreams under time pressure.\nSolid grounding in M&A strategy, target search/screening, synergy assessment, and competitive benchmarking.\nExposure to post-merger integration is a plus.\nBenefits\nPERKS YOU’LL GET TO ENJOY WHILE WORKING HERE!\n Medical & Life Insurance extended to spouse & children. \n Flexi Benefits available for transport, dental, optical, traditional medicine etc. \n Dedicated learning opportunities & development plans to grow your career.\n Young & energetic team with focus on Innovation & Collaborate, elevating a fun working culture.\n At PolicyStreet, we uphold the principles of equal opportunity and embrace diversity.
