# Engineering Manager

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more of our high-impact, cross-functional product-development teams. Our engineering organization centers on teams aligned to domain-specific workstreams, supported by a dedicated Platform Engineering group. As part of our fast-scaling engineering organization, you’ll play a key leadership role in developing both the people and the systems behind the products that matter most to our customers. Reporting to a Director of Engineering and collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and other engineering leaders, you will be accountable for your teams’ outcomes and for shaping the engineering ecosystem – fostering quality, high-performing teams and a smooth flow from concept to production. You will help shape a strong team culture rooted in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement – supporting engineers to do their best work and teams to deliver real value at speed and scale.
