The Associate Project Manager partners with Sales, Research Solutions, Operations, and external sample vendors to ensure accurate sample design, smooth fielding, and timely project completion.\nStrategic Imperative:\nThe Associate Project Manager, Sample Solutions plays a critical role in delivering high-quality sample execution that supports Prodege’s client research initiatives. By managing fieldwork logistics, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational rigor, this role strengthens client trust and delivery excellence.\nThrough disciplined execution, proactive communication, and attention to detail, the Associate Project Manager contributes to efficient project delivery, revenue realization, and the scalability of the Sample Solutions function.\nPrimary Objectives:\nProject Execution & Field Management: Execute sample-driven market research projects from launch through close, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.\n\nClient & Internal Coordination: Support proactive communication with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nSample Design & Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing sample and quota strategies while monitoring field metrics to ensure optimal performance.\n\nRevenue Tracking & Operational Compliance: Support accurate revenue tracking, forecasting, and timely invoicing across assigned projects.\n\nDetailed Job Duties:\nProject Execution & Field Management:\nSupport end-to-end management of low-to-mid complexity sample projects.\n\nCoordinate fieldwork launch activities and confirm readiness prior to go-live.\n\nMonitor field performance metrics including incidence, completion rate, quotas, and timelines.\n\nConduct data checks and quality assurance reviews during fielding.\n\nManage fieldwork close procedures, reconciliations, and honorarium processes.\n\nClient & Internal Coordination:\nProvide timely and professional communication to clients regarding project updates.\n\nEscalate risks or issues to senior team members as needed.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Programming, Operations) to align on project scope and deliverables.\n\nAssist in preparing project debrief materials and summaries.\n\nSample Design & Performance Monitoring:\nAssist in developing sample plans and quota structures under guidance of senior team members.\n\nManage click-balancing and sampling adjustments during field.\n\nTroubleshoot field performance issues and recommend corrective actions.\n\nCoordinate with third-party vendors to optimize respondent flow and quality.\n\nRevenue Tracking & Operational Compliance:\nSupport revenue tracking and forecasting accuracy for assigned projects.\n\nAssist with invoice preparation and reconciliation processes.\n\nEnsure scope changes are documented and communicated appropriately.\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting records.\n\nQualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. management experience, ideally within market research or sample operations.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\n\nUnderstanding of market research fundamentals and primary research methodologies.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret field performance data.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\n\nThe nice to haves:\nExperience working with online panels and third-party sample providers.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM or project tracking systems.\n\nExperience managing quotas, click-balancing, or complex targeting criteria.\n\nExperience creating documentation or training materials.\n\nAll positions within the company require the
