By managing timelines, mitigating risks, and collaborating cross-functionally, this position directly contributes to client satisfaction, repeat business, and the efficiency of the Sample Solutions team.\nPrimary Objectives:\nEnd-to-End Project Management: Execute custom online market research projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope.\nClient Service & Communication: Support strong client relationships through proactive updates, clear communication, and responsive issue resolution.\nQuality and Timeliness of Delivery: Maintain high-quality standards while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within approved parameters.\nRevenue & Financial Accuracy: Support accurate forecasting, reconciliations, and timely invoicing for assigned projects.\nRisk Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify potential project risks and escalate issues appropriately to maintain project health.\nVendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate effectively with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nProduct & Process Knowledge: Develop working knowledge of product offerings, panel behavior, and internal systems to support effective execution.\nDetailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)\nEnd-to-End Project Management:\nManage market research projects of low-to-mid complexity across all execution phases.\n\nExecute project activities including kick-off calls, sample and quota setup, survey/screener testing, fieldwork launch, monitoring, quality checks, and closeout.\n\nSupport reconciliations, respondent honorarium processing, invoicing coordination, and project debriefs.\n\nAssist with more complex project types (e.g., IHUTs, geofencing, receipt capture) under guidance as needed.\n\nClient Service & Communication:\nBuild professional and collaborative working relationships with clients.\n\nProvide regular project updates and address client questions in a timely manner.\n\nSupport account teams in delivering a positive client experience to encourage retention and repeat business.\n\nQuality and Timeliness of Delivery:\nMonitor project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nConduct quality assurance checks throughout fieldwork.\n\nManage shifting timelines and scope changes with organization and professionalism.\n\nRevenue & Financial Accuracy:\nMaintain accurate project records and support revenue forecasting.\n\nEnsure timely submission of invoicing details for assigned projects.\n\nTrack and report key project metrics including field times, incidence, and completion rates.\n\nRisk Identification & Resolution:\nIdentify potential risks related to feasibility, timelines, or scope.\n\nEscalate concerns appropriately and communicate recommended solutions.\n\nVendor & Partner Coordination:\nCoordinate with approved third-party vendors and outsourcing partners to meet study requirements.\n\nMonitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timeline adherence.\n\nProduct & Process Knowledge:\nDevelop strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio and panel capabilities.\n\nApply best practices and internal tools to support efficient project execution.\n\nQualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nThe candidate must be self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.\n\nThe candidate must have the ability to manage multiple qualitative & quantitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.\n\nThe candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nKnowledge of project management tools and concepts and can be a quick learner of new technologies/software\n\nThe candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
