By owning the full project lifecycle-from kickoff to project end-this role ensures projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget while protecting client trust.\nThrough strong client communication, proactive issue resolution, and deep understanding of sampling methodologies and panel behavior, the Sr. Project Manager strengthens operational consistency and drives repeat business. Success in this role directly contributes to client satisfaction, financial accuracy, and scalable project delivery excellence.\nPrimary Objectives:\nEnd-to-End Project Execution: Own and execute mid-to-high complexity market research projects across all lifecycle phases with quality and timeliness.\n\nClient Service & Relationship Excellence: Deliver proactive, high-quality communication and guidance to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.\n\nFinancial & Revenue Accountability: Maintain accurate forecasting, timely invoicing, and project-level revenue oversight.\n\nRisk Management & Operational Discipline: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project risks while maintaining scope, timeline, and budget integrity.\n\nTeam Contribution & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across the Sample Solutions function.\n\nDetailed Job Duties:\nEnd-to-End Project Execution\nManage market research projects of mid-to-high complexity, including IHUTs, geofencing, receipt capture, intricate click balancing, mobile studies, qualitative components, and non-standard partner integrations.\n\nExecute all phases of the project lifecycle:\nLead client kickoff calls\n\nDevelop sample and quota designs\n\nConduct survey and screener testing\n\nManage fieldwork launch and delivery\n\nPerform quality assurance and data checks\n\nMonitor field progress and optimize as needed\n\nClose fieldwork and complete reconciliations\n\nManage respondent honoraria and invoicing\n\nConduct project debriefs\n\nMaintain the highest standards of delivery quality and timeline adherence.\n\nClient Service & Relationship Excellence\nBuild collaborative and professional client relationships through proactive communication and guidance.\n\nProvide regular updates and manage expectations throughout project execution.\n\nConsistently exceed client expectations from inception through completion.\n\nSupport healthy, profitable, and mutually beneficial account relationships to encourage repeat business.\n\nFinancial & Revenue Accountability\nProvide accurate revenue forecasting and manage project financial tracking.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate invoicing across assigned projects.\n\nMonitor and report project metrics including value, field times, incidence, and completion rates.\n\nCommunicate scope changes or additional fee requirements proactively.\n\nRisk Management & Operational Discipline\nIdentify and resolve issues that impact timelines, scope, or budget.\n\nEscalate risks appropriately and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.\n\nCoordinate and manage third-party vendors and outsourcing partners.\n\nMaintain flexibility and professionalism when navigating scope changes and competing priorities.\n\nTeam Contribution & Knowledge Sharing\nAct as a mentor and guide to junior Project Managers.\n\nSupport onboarding and training initiatives as delegated by leadership.\n\nDemonstrate best practices in project management aligned with the “Prodege Way.”\n\nContribute to documentation, process improvements, and operational standardization efforts.\n\nQualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. service-oriented roles.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\n\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products.\n\nAbility to work independently
