are correctly completed\nCoordinates daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations\nControls operational costs and identifies ways for operational efficiency\nCoordinates recruitment, selection and onboarding to maintain a complete team in the restaurant\nMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.\nFollows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures\nQualifications\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nMust be fluent in English & Spanish\nPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles\nAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand for long periods\nFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays\nPreferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification\nAbility
