Pricing Intelligence & Data Analytics Senior Specialist/Expert

We are looking for a person who will play an active role in the digital transformation of the Group Pricing function by developing Pricing Intelligence capabilities, implementing AI-driven solutions, automating analytical processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across international markets.

Your responsibilities

• Develop Pricing Intelligence solutions supporting price monitoring, scenario modelling and business decision-making across international markets
• Integrate, model and transform data from multiple sources into scalable analytical solutions and business tools
• Automate reporting, analytics and data management processes using digital technologies and AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate AI, AI-assisted Power BI solutions)
• Design and develop dashboards, applications and self-service analytics tools supporting pricing insights and risk management (Power BI, Power Apps, Fabric)
• Monitor data quality, identify trends and risks, and leverage AI solutions to generate business insights and support decision-making
• Identify and implement opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization and adoption of AI-driven solutions within the Pricing function

Our expectations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Commercial Excellence or a related area
• Advanced skills in data integration, modelling, analysis and visualization using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SQL
• Ability to transform unstructured data from multiple sources into scalable analytical and AI-enabled solutions supporting business decisions
• Hands-on experience in applying Generative AI, AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation and digital productivity tools to support business processes and decision-making.
• Experience in identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, digital transformation and efficiency improvements
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies and business risks based on data
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to details, and a proactive approach to exploring new technologies, AI applications and process improvements
• Very good command of English

Nice to have

• Experience in pricing, revenue management, controlling or commercial excellence;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
