be an advantage;\nBasic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;\nPractical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;\nPrevious experience within CDMO organization is an advantage\nKnowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;\nHigh interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clients\nAbility to translate project goals and client requirements to the project team\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project management;\nKnowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similar\nVery good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)\nVery good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other
