In this role, you will act as the link between business users, external partners, and IT, helping us improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive digital development. Your main focus will be on ERP systems, integrations, automation, and business application support.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and enhance business applications and ERP solutions, with a primary focus on Infor M3.\n\nSupport users and business teams in getting the most value from our systems.\n\nDesign and maintain integrations and automation solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work through technology.\n\nExplore and identify opportunities to use AI solutions to support business processes and create business value.\n\nTranslate business needs into practical system solutions.\n\nCoordinate development activities with software vendors and partners.\n\nSupport testing, documentation, training, and implementation of new functionalities.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nRelevant degree and 5+ years’ experience in IT development positions in international companies.\n\nExperience working with ERP systems and business applications.\n\nUnderstanding system integrations, APIs, and process automation.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain processes is beneficial.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProactive, service-minded, and collaborative way of working and fluent English skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while building strong relationships across the organization\n\nLocation and Travel\n\nThe preferred location for this role is Lahti or the surrounding area.
