You will focus on field events, campaigns and webinars that build awareness and demand among enterprise buyers and developers in EMEA, and set the regional marketing plan with Sales, Partnerships and the global Marketing team.\nThis role suits a hands-on marketer who has helped a platform or developer-led business move from product-led growth (PLG) to a sales-led (SLG) motion. You will adapt global programs to local markets, report on regional results to senior leadership, and coach the people and agencies who deliver the work.\n What you'll do\nOwn the EMEA marketing plan, budget and pipeline targets, and agree priorities by country and segment with regional Sales leadership.\nLead the field events program across EMEA, including owned events, roadshows, executive dinners and sponsored industry and developer conferences, from strategy through to on-site execution.\nRun the webinar and virtual events program, with local-language and time-zone relevant content, speakers and follow-up.\nBuild integrated campaigns with Demand Generation, Content and Product Marketing, with clear targets for registrations, meetings booked and pipeline influenced.\nWork with Developer Marketing and Product on platform events such as workshops, hackathons and meetups, and turn developer engagement into sales-ready accounts.\nDefine the handoff from product-led signals to Sales and Partnerships, including lead routing, follow-up plays and shared reporting.\nBuild relationships with regional partners, agencies and event organisers, and manage vendors and contracts.\nReport on cost per outcome, conversion and ROI to Marketing and Sales leadership, and adjust the plan using the data.\nWhat you'll bring\n3-5 years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in field marketing, events and campaigns, including recent regional or EMEA leadership.\nExperience marketing a platform, developer or technical product, and an understanding of how a PLG motion transitions to a sales-led model.\nA record of owning a regional marketing plan and budget and meeting pipeline targets, with results you can quantify.\nStrong working knowledge of EMEA markets, including cultural, language and regulatory differences (for example GDPR) that shape programs.\nExperience managing people, agencies and vendors, and building a team culture that is collaborative and accountable.\nClose partnership with Sales leadership on lead quality, routing and attribution, using tools such as Salesforce and a marketing automation platform.\nClear, collaborative communication with technical audiences and senior executives.\nWillingness to travel for in person events \nBenefits\nParticipation in the company’s employee share options plan\nTenure-Based PTO: You will receive 25 holidays when you join and will gain an additional 1 day after 2 years of service, then 1 day each year until capped at 32 holidays\nFlexible working from home policy\nWork from outside of the UK for up to 6 months each year\nTELUS Health EAP 24/7 - offers you and your chosen family confidential, judgment-free support for any work, health, or life challenge\nEnhanced parental leave\nBike2Work scheme\nAnnual learning and development allowance\nWe’re all about making WFH work for you - that’s why we offer a one-off WFH allowance when you join.
