Customer Support Associate (CSA) Location: Rowley, MA Position Status: Immediately /full time Swenson Granite Works, a division of Polycor, has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Associate. Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, the candidate must focus on helping, educating customers, and promoting sales. They provide sound advice on the selection, site preparation, and use of natural stone products, while identifying opportunities to recommend products or services that meet customers' needs. The CSA assists customers in person, over the phone, or by email, ensuring a positive sales experience. He is a credible representative of Swenson Granite Works. Duties include, but are not limited to: Explaining our product and service offerings-strong customer service. Quoting prices and credit terms; prepare sales orders. Focused on providing the right product, in the correct quantity, at the appropriate time. Inform local businesses about Swenson’s dealer discounts. Assist with yard and store operations, supporting daily activities, inventory coordination, customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
