The ideal candidate will be capable of architecting, building, and maintaining high performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with cross functional teams to design and deliver robust, scalable, and user centric mobile products.\nKey Responsibilities\nMobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS.\nReusable Components and UI or UX: Build reusable widgets and component libraries, ensuring responsive, pixel perfect, and platform consistent UI or UX across multiple devices and screen sizes.\nAPI and Service Integration: Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase services, and third party SDKs, ensuring secure and reliable data flow between client and backend.\nState Management and Code Quality: Implement proper state management patterns such as Bloc, Provider, GetX, or Riverpod. Write clean, maintainable, and well structured code following best practices.\nTesting and Performance Optimization: Implement unit, widget, and integration tests. Monitor app performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for speed, memory usage, and battery efficiency.\nApp Lifecycle and Store Management: Manage the full lifecycle of mobile apps including build configurations, signing, publishing, and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, along with crash and issue monitoring.\nCollaboration and Delivery: Work closely with UI or UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver features on time.\nInnovation, Review, and Mentorship: Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, conduct code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers within the team.\n Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with significant hands on experience in Flutter and Dart.\n\nStrong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and modern mobile development practices, including widget based UI, navigation, and app state management.\n\nHands on experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, GetX, or Riverpod in production applications.\n\nPractical experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, and Crashlytics.\n\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON based data handling, and integration with backend services.\n\nProven experience in publishing, maintaining, and updating applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.\n\nFamiliarity with CI or CD pipelines, version control with Git, and agile or scrum based development workflows.\n\nStrong problem solving and debugging skills, with experience using logs, crash reports, and performance profiling tools for mobile apps.\n\nGood understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar modular patterns.\n\nExcellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.\n\n Why Join Polygon Technology?\nBe part of a fast-growing tech company delivering data-driven solutions\nWork with cutting-edge technologies and mission-critical systems\nCollaborate with a skilled and experienced engineering team\nCompetitive salary and growth-oriented environment\nAcross Bangladesh (on-site required)\nOther Information\nSalary Range: As per company policy\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nPerks: Fully subsidized meals\nRoutine: Sunday -
