The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing scalable backend systems using Go. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high performance services that support real world digital products. This is an urgent position and we aim to hire within one week.\nBackend Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Go.\nAPI and Service Architecture: Build and maintain RESTful or gRPC based APIs and backend services that interact with databases, internal platforms, and third party systems.\nConcurrency and Performance Engineering: Write efficient and concurrent programs using goroutines, channels, and Go’s built in concurrency patterns. Optimize services for high throughput and low latency.\nDatabase Design and Optimization: Work with relational and non relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data consistency and performance.\nSystem Design and Architecture: Participate in designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and event driven workflows. Ensure robustness, security, and maintainability.\nCode Quality and Testing: Write clean, idiomatic Go code with proper documentation. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.\nPerformance Monitoring, Security, and Debugging: Use logs, tracing, and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and ensure system reliability.\nCross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and other\n Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be given priority.\nBachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nFour to six years of professional experience building production systems using Go.\nStrong understanding of Go’s concurrency model, goroutines, channels, and memory management.\nExperience building RESTful APIs or gRPC based services.\nSolid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event driven patterns.\nHands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other database systems.\nFamiliarity with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS is a plus.\nExperience with containers, Kubernetes, CI or CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong grasp of software design patterns, clean code principles, and secure coding practices.\nExcellent debugging skills, problem solving ability, and communication skills.\nAbility to join immediately will be considered a strong advantage.\n Why Join Polygon Technology?\nBe part of a fast-growing tech company delivering data-driven solutions\nWork with cutting-edge technologies and mission-critical systems\nCollaborate with a skilled and experienced engineering team\nCompetitive salary and growth-oriented environment\nOther Information\nSalary Range: As per company policy\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nPerks: Fully subsidized meals\nRoutine: Sunday -
