You'll be the person keeping our interview process running - scheduling, communicating with candidates, troubleshooting when things go sideways, and making sure everyone has a good experience along the way.\nThis is a good fit if you've done recruiting coordination before (ideally 2+ years), you're organized to a fault, and you like the pace of a startup where things move quickly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams\n\nCoordinate complex calendars with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters across time zones\n\nBe the main point of contact for candidates from their first interview to offer (or rejection)\n\nKeep people in the loop: confirmations, changes, next steps, all the follow-ups\n\nWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep things moving\n\nKeep our ATS clean and up to date (we use Ashby)\n\nSpot inefficiencies and suggest fixes - we're always iterating on process\n\nJump in on other talent projects as needed\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years in recruiting coordination or a similar role at a startup or high-growth company\n\nYou've scheduled a lot of interviews and know how to manage candidate communication at scale\n\nExtremely organized with great attention to detail\n\nStrong communicator - you write clear, friendly emails and can handle tough conversations when needed\n\nComfortable juggling a lot at once without dropping balls\n\nExperience with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)\n\nProactive - you see problems before they become problems\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary & equity\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nFull Health, Vision, & Dental coverage\n\n401k match\n\nHardware setup - new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories\n\nPay Transparency\nBase salary range: $100,000 to $175,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.\nThis range reflects a good-faith estimate for this position.
