Reporting to the Controller, you'll be responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial reporting while building the systems, controls, and processes needed to scale with our growth. We operate at the intersection of innovation, scale, and disciplined financial execution - and this role sits at the center of it all.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\n\nPerform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews in close partnership with business stakeholders\n\nPrepare payments and payment reconciliations, and stay organized around contract management and deliverables\n\nSupport financial reporting, external audits, and internal controls\n\nMaintain general ledger integrity and drive process improvements and system enhancements across ERP and automation tooling\n\nCollaborate on strategic projects spanning new monetization models, international expansion, product launches, and M&A support\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nActive CPA license (required)\n\n2-6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies; high transaction volume experience is a strong plus\n\nExperience spanning both early-stage startups and public companies\n\nStrong breadth of GAAP expertise and the ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders\n\n2+ years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\n\nComfort with and curiosity about modern finance systems - crypto, Ramp, Brex, ERP, and automation tooling\n\nExcel fluency; SQL skills are a plus (we're happy to teach)\n\nThe ideal candidate is meticulous, thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, communicates with clarity, and brings a proactive, process-oriented mindset to everything they do.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary & equity\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nFull Health, Vision, & Dental coverage\n\n401k match\n\nHardware setup - new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories\n\nPay Transparency\nBase salary range: $135,000 to $150,000, plus equity and benefits.\nThis is a good-faith range for the level we're hiring at.
