Polymer corporate entities.\nManage cost control and allocation, with a particular focus on data and compensation cost, ensuring accurate allocation across corporate and fund entities.\nPrepare and process vendor payments through the e-banking system, including: \nInvoice verification and duplication checks\nTracking invoice status\nLiaising with suppliers and Polymer affiliates\nEnsure funding is sufficient for the operating activities, help to utilize excess funding of the responsible corporate entities.\nPerform month-end closing activities in SAP for assigned entities.\nSupporting management reporting, statutory audits and tax filings for the related corporate entities\nMaintain a robust and orderly filing system for the Finance Department, ensuring accounting records are complete, accurate, and up to date.\nSupport bank account opening processes and execution of vendor agreements, including coordination of required documentation and signatures.\nRequirements\nExperience Requirements:\n3-7 years of relevant experience in the finance sector, preferably within multinational corporations, financial institutions, or from formal accounting training obtained at university level.\nPrior exposure to corporate accounting functions is required; experience supporting Japan-related entities is highly preferred.\nKey Competencies & Skills\nHighly detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and capable of working independently.\nProactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative in a dynamic environment.\nHands-on professional able to operate with minimal supervision.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines.\nStrong experience in Japan entity accounting, including statutory audit coordination, funding requirements, and tax reporting.\nSolid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with Japan accounting standards is an advantage.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.\nSAP experience is a plus.\nExcellent command of written and spoken Japanese/English.\nStrong analytical,
