The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming and a solid understanding of financial markets and trading systems.\nDevelop and maintain high-performance C++ applications for OEMS or PMS platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.\nOptimize existing code for performance and scalability.\nTroubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the systems.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nKeep up to date with industry trends and best practices in software background\nAt least 3 years proficiency in C++ programming well versed in modern C++ design principles.\nExperience working in the development of OEMS or PMS platforms is highly preferred.\nKnowledge of financial markets, trading algorithms, and FIX protocol.\nFamiliarity with databases, data structures, and software development tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and teamwork abilities.\nA keen interest and understanding of the financial markets and hedge fund strategies.\nExperience developing distributed
