production - Purification\nRattaché(e) au service Production - Purification, votre rôle principal est d’assurer la production de peptides conformément aux normes GMP et dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des spécifications imposées par la société.\nVos principales missions :\nAvant le lancement des campagnes de production\nVérification du matériel et des équipements avant le démarrage des campagnes de production\nParticipation aux réunions de formation « projets et procédés » avant le démarrage des campagnes\nde production\nPlanification des activités de purification des projets que vous avez en charge\nSuivi des campagnes de production\nPurification des produits (dissolution, purification sur HPLC préparative, filtration, analyse de fractions) et réalisation des analyses chromatographiques conformément aux instructions\nRéalisation des opérations de filtration et de lyophilisation des principes actifs\nConditionnement et échantillonnage des principes actifs\nParticipation à l’évacuation des déchets solides et liquides issus de la production\nRemplissage des Batch Record selon les bonnes pratiques de documentation\nRendre compte de l’avancement des opérations de purification et lyophilisation au responsable hiérarchique\nClôture des campagnes de production\nParticipation à la réunion de clôture « procédé » du projet\nFinalisation des documents en fin de campagne de production\nRevue et correction des batch-record exécutés\nAmélioration continue\nParticipation à des projets de déploiement de procédés issus de la R&D\nParticipation à l'évaluation de différents projets en tant qu’expert de campagne de production\nForce de proposition pour toute amélioration de l'organisation du service purification\nHoraires de travail : Posté 2X8 (équipe de matin/après-midi) ou journée pouvant inclure le samedi\nProfil recherché :\nVous êtes titulaire d’un bac+2 (DUT ou BTS) ou d’un bac+3 en chimie\nUne expérience dans le système qualité « GMP
