Do you enjoy turning technical challenges into accurate, practical and buildable solutions?\nFor our Civil team, we are looking for Civil Designers to strengthen our teams in Belgium (Tienen and Beringen) and Bulgaria (Sofia and Varna).\nAs a Civil Designer at Polytek, you transform technical requirements and project information into accurate 3D models, construction drawings and technical deliverables. You are involved throughout the design process, from measurements and modelling to construction documentation and support during execution.\nYou work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, BIM Modelers, other engineering disciplines and our clients. Together, you make sure designs are technically sound, accurately documented and ready for execution.\nWith your technical insight, eye for detail and practical mindset, you help us get things right from the start.\nWhat you will do:\nCreate and develop technical 3D civil models in Revit.\n\nPrepare accurate construction drawings and technical documentation based on your designs.\n\nPerform and process the necessary measurements for your projects.\n\nCreate, verify and finalise technical project deliverables.\n\nDevelop civil drawings and details required for the execution of industrial projects.\n\nCoordinate your designs with other disciplines to ensure an integrated and buildable solution.\n\nCoordinate and submit documentation to Project Engineers, Project Managers and clients.\n\nPresent designs and deliverables and process feedback from clients and other stakeholders.\n\nExchange technical information with colleagues, clients and other disciplines.\n\nMonitor and report on the progress of your work.\n\nPerform final checks on documentation and deliverables prepared by BIM Modelers.\n\nProvide technical support during the on-site construction phase.\n\nPropose practical solutions and identify opportunities to optimise designs and execution.\n\nContribute to smooth communication between Polytek and the client.\n\nBuild strong client relationships and remain attentive to opportunities for further collaboration.\n\nRequirements\nWho you are:\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.\n\nYou have a strong technical mindset and an interest in civil design and industrial projects.\n\nKnowledge of Revit is required.\n\nExperience with creating reinforcement drawings in Revit is a strong plus.\n\nYou have knowledge of Navisworks and MS Office.\n\nYou have a good command of English (and Dutch when applying for the sites in Belgium)\n\nYou quickly understand and process technical information.\n\nYou work accurately, are well organised and know how to set priorities.\n\nYou take ownership of your work and focus on delivering quality results on time.\n\nYou have an analytical mindset and enjoy finding practical solutions to technical challenges.\n\nWorking Together: you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, clients and other disciplines to achieve a shared result.\n\nSharing Knowledge: you actively share information, experience and best practices with colleagues and are open to learning from others.\n\nCustomer Orientation: you listen to the customer, understand their needs and translate them into practical, high-quality solutions.\n\nReady to join our Civil team?\nDo you want to use your Revit and civil design skills to turn complex engineering challenges into smart, accurate and buildable designs?\nDo you recognise yourself in our values of Working Together, Sharing Knowledge and Customer Orientation?\nThen we'd love to hear from you.
