(You can view some of the other brands in their portfolio here and here.) You’ll need to have exceptional experience with Figma and immense knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Most importantly, you need to have best-in-class communication skills - communication will be one of the most important parts of this role, as you will be working directly with the CEO.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects\nLeverage user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions\nDevelop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality\nIterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience\nCollaborate with cross-functional team members and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance\nPresent designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process\nMaintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce/DTC brands\nExceptional expertise in Figma, as well as other tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and Slack\nProactive leadership with the ability to take initiative and defend design choices\nProfessional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills\nOutstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail\nPermanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection\n Ability to work in US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)\nPrevious experience working the graveyard
