In this role, you will provide insights that drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize pricing and promotions, track unit economics, and build dashboards to guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels. We strongly value attention to detail, data cleanliness, ability to show and explain mathematical work, and clear communication.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics, and cohort analysis) to support business decisions\nAnalyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth drivers, churn risks, and cost-saving opportunities\nConduct deep dives into metrics like acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and contribution margin by sales channel and SKU\nEvaluate new product launches and go-to-market strategies from a financial and data-driven perspective\nDevelop dashboards and KPIs to monitor product, channel, and customer-level profitability\nConduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actual performance\nSupport monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership and investors\nPresent data and findings to company leadership in a clear and concise manner\nCollaborate with internal teams to create SOPs and improve existing processes\nPerform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field\n3+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL;
