This startup has raised over $100M in venture capital funding and has quickly become a leader in their industry.\nAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting their hiring efforts across technical and business functions. You’ll own interview logistics, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and coordination across hiring teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants exposure to startup recruiting and talent operations.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders\nManage candidate communications throughout the interview process with speed and professionalism\nPartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive an efficient hiring process\nMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy\nTrack recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress\nSupport candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed\nFacilitate offer logistics and pre-onboarding coordination\nImprove recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the company scales\nHelp deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through offer\nSupport recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and talent programs\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field\n 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startup environments\nExcellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal)\nExperience scheduling complex interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment\n Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar)\nProficiency
