Working on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars - you will have the opportunity to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of work on our sites.\nWhat you will do:\nDriving a transport truck;\nTransport the equipment to the requested locations;\nOptimize your journey so as to be efficient;\nMaintain your truck by performing daily inspections and report any problems or repairs required;\nSafely load and unload construction materials;\nRespect local and federal regulations regarding driving and transportation;\nCollaborate with other members of the site team\nAdhere to safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards;\nWork as a team, maintain a pleasant and trusting working climate, communicate effectively with colleagues and other shifts on the site;\nPerform all other related tasks related to operations.\nThis role is made for you if you have:\nA valid Class 5 driver's license\nA valid CCQ card (occupation)\nASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 card\nA minimum of 3 years experience in off-highway truck driving\nPomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.
