Working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects - ranging in value from $1.5 million to over $1 billion - you will play a key role in the effective coordination of stakeholder communications, ensuring the availability of resources, and overseeing a variety of administrative and project support tasks.\nWhat you will do:\nAssist the project team with your keen eye for detail in providing project coordination and administrative support.\nUtilize your passion for client services in ensuring open lines of communication when it comes to our team members, trade partners, consultants and clients.\nDiligently review, interpret and update our construction schedules.\nUtilize your passion for organization through the successful maintenance, review and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents.\nMeticulously review, collect and analyze project quotes, seeking out the best prices in the market.\nOwn the collection and completion of companywide project reports for your assigned projects.\nBe a role model for the application project specific safety standards helping to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E programs, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all employees and trade partners on-site.\nThis role could be for you if you have:\n3-4+ years’ working experience in the construction industry.\nA University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.\nA proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.\nA passion for providing exceptional client service.\nThe expected compensation range posted for this role applies to available work locations in Ontario and/or British Columbia.
