What you will do
- Help facilitate communication between designers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor design schedules and track progress to ensure timely reviews and submissions.
- Support the management of design inputs, requests, and responses.
- Participate in the RFI and Quality Review processes, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Review feedback and assist in coordinating design decisions related to procurement and construction.
- Contribute to presentation preparation for key stakeholders and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist in organizing design workshops and documenting meeting outcomes.
