We invest in our people and create opportunities to grow, thrive, and have fun.\nWhat you will do: \nCollaborate with project teams to develop and optimize construction methods and sequences. \nPrepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation. \nDesign temporary works including: Formwork and falsework, Hoisting and jacking systems, Excavation and shoring systems, Lifting/rigging devices, Temporary bridges, pile templates, cofferdams, and access systems \nPrepare or work with technicians to prepare models and drawings for M&TW. \nPrepare engineering calculations and documentation. \nSupport construction teams with technical guidance, field reviews, and certificates of conformity. \nWhat you bring\nEnrollment in an Engineering program. \nWillingness to work in-office and conduct site visits. \nStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. \nCurious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn on-site. \nPassionate about construction and making an impact\nBenefits\nHands-on Learning in construction, engineering, sustainability, and tech\nMentorship from experienced professionals\nStrong Networking with managers, engineers, and executives\nIndustry Insight through events, site visits, and team meetings\nCareer Growth into roles like project coordinator or site engineer\nFull-Time Potential with high intern-to-employee conversion\nFor the past six years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.\nThe expected compensation range posted for this role applies to available work locations in Ontario and/or British Columbia.
