We invest in our people and create opportunities to grow, thrive, and have fun.\nWhat you will do \nWork on one or two projects simultaneously (depending on the assignment); \nDuring the proposal phase, participate in the preparation of the project schedule and work sequences; \nParticipate in the development of the Critical Path Method (CPM) on their projects; \nParticipate in drafting the assumption note and progress note; \nCarry out schedule advancements at the frequency established by the project team (and according to contractual requirements); \nInteract with project teams and ensure that the appropriate stakeholders and data are integrated into the schedule; \nSet up and maintain visuals extracted from the schedule data; \nIn the execution phase, monitor the actual performance of critical activities or those identified as risky; \nAttend weekly meetings to monitor assigned projects; \nParticipate in resource integration and create load curves; \nTake part in site visits and project reviews; \nReport difficulties and successes to their Team Leader, with a view to improving their day-to-day and the quality of their work; \nMaintain ongoing communication and collaboration with the other team members; \nCarry out all other activities related to the Planning department’s planning and development. \nThis role could be for you if you have\nHold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or construction engineering, or a diploma in civil engineering or construction engineering. \nHave completed internships on construction projects, an asset. \nHave significant construction project management experience. \nHave an interest in Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS or any other software planning program. \nCommand of Office 365. \nBeing fluent in English, an asset. \nHave good analytical skills. \nBe thorough and strive for accuracy, precision and compliance with norms. \nBe able to communicate technical issues in a way that is well-understood, using quality spoken and written language. \nBe able to work in a team and collaborate with the various stakeholders. \nExercise good judgment in decision-making. \nHave an interest in new technologies and a desire to learn.\nBenefits\nHands-on Learning in construction, engineering, sustainability, and tech\nMentorship from experienced professionals\nStrong Networking with managers, engineers, and executives\nIndustry Insight through events, site visits, and team meetings\nCareer Growth into roles like project coordinator or site engineer\nFull-Time Potential with high intern-to-employee conversion\nFor the past six years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.\nThe expected compensation range posted for this role applies to available work locations in Ontario and/or British Columbia.
