Join Pomerleau as a HR Systems & Data Intern and collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to support data quality, accessibility, and effective use of information. You'll also contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, process automation initiatives, and the analytical foundations required to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
What you will do
Data & Analytics
- Support the integration and movement of data across various systems.
- Prepare, organize, and validate data for reports and dashboards.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in testing and validating implemented solutions.
Automation & Innovation
- Contribute to the development of automation solutions and AI agents.
- Create simple tools or applications to improve team efficiency.
- Support the exploration and implementation of new technologies.
Data Quality & Governance
- Assist with documenting data and business processes.
- Help maintain data dictionaries and reference documentation.
- Perform data validation activities to ensure data accuracy and quality.
This role could be for you if you have
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Interest in data, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or automation tools is an asset.
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
