You will support the implementation of technology solutions that impact thousands of employees across the organization.\nWhat you will do : \nParticipating in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology implementation projects. \nCollaborating with program and project managers to advance strategic initiatives. \nMaintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking logs. \nCoordinating project activities and following up on deliverables with various stakeholders. \nUsing Jira to monitor project progress and support project governance. \nContributing to the management of risks, issues, and dependencies while fostering collaboration between business and technical teams. \nFacilitating workshops and meetings, preparing progress reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices. \nThis role could be for you if you have : \nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Intelligence or a related field. \nStrong organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. \nProactive mindset, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. \nA strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and project management.
