We invest in our people and create opportunities to grow, thrive, and have fun.\nWhat you will do : \nParticipate in gathering technical information required to support the development of construction methods. \nAssist in the preparation of site logistics and temporary facilities plans under the guidance of the project team. \nSupport the development of construction phasing plans, including temporary works cycles and equipment requirements. \nConduct technical research to help identify temporary works solutions that meet project needs. \nContribute to the preparation of simple specifications and technical documentation in collaboration with project coordinators. \nPrepare sketches and preliminary drawings to support designers and engineers. \nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to help ensure consistency and accuracy across project documentation. \nThis role could be for you if you have : \nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. \nPrevious hands-on experience through practical projects or an internship in civil engineering is considered an asset, but is not required. \nStrong teamwork skills and an interest in construction methods. \nBasic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD acquired through coursework or personal experience. \nFamiliarity with Revit or Civil 3D is considered an asset. \nBasic understanding of technical English is an advantage.\nBenefits\nHands-on Learning in construction, engineering, sustainability, and tech\nMentorship from experienced professionals\nStrong Networking with managers, engineers, and executives\nIndustry Insight through events, site visits, and team meetings\nCareer Growth into roles like project coordinator or site engineer\nFull-Time Potential with high intern-to-employee conversion\nFor the past six years, we've proudly held the distinction of being one of Canada's Top 100 Employers.\nPomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.
