The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day accounting transactions, and supporting our client’s financial reporting activities.\n We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and can manage financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.\n Detyrat Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping accounts.\n Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.\n Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.\n Prepare and process invoices.\n Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.\n Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, contracts, and other financial documents.\n Assist with payroll-related bookkeeping and expense reporting when required.\n Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial records and resolve them promptly.\n Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company procedures.\n Maintain strict confidentiality of company and financial information.\n Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.\n Kualifikimet Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.\n Proficiency with Excel.
