The ideal candidate is currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and a strong desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate. \n\nProjects will span across multiple markets and geographies, affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.\n\nThe ideal candidate for this position graduates in December of 2026 and will be ready to join the team in January 2027.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other Engineering from an accredited university\nDesire to work in an AEC consulting environment\nPrior internship experience in an AEC environment a strong bonus\nFE preferred, or desire to pursue FE/PE Licensure\nExperience using Navisworks, AutoCAD, and/or Revit preferred\nAbility to perform design calculations\nUnderstanding of controls theory and major controls system types preferred\nStrong professional written and oral communication skills\nAbility to apply logic or scientific principles to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems\nAbility to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work\nAbility and desire to learn and grow professionally\nAbility to travel roughly 15% (Position may require occasional travel to locations outside of the US, in these cases a valid US Passport or the ability to obtain one is
