and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university\n2-5 years of related experience in project coordination, project administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nExperience with project management software such as Newforma and Adobe Acrobat is preferred\nAbility to support project scheduling, coordinate meetings, track project deliverables, and maintain project documentation\nExperience preparing meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and other project-related communications\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively identify and address project needs\nDemonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and support project managers in meeting project deadlines and objectives\nAbility and desire to continue developing professionally and take on increased responsibility within project
