This full-time, entry-level position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented professional who is interested in developing a career in marketing within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.\n\nThe Marketing Coordinator supports the Energy Marketing team through proposal production, marketing data and knowledge management, presentations, collateral development, and conferences and events.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a strong communicator and writer who enjoys organizing information, learning new systems, and working collaboratively. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines and have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. work.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProposals & Pursuits\nSupport the development and production of professional responses to RFPs, RFQs, qualifications packages, letter proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials.\nReview RFPs to identify submission requirements, required forms, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and other compliance requirements.\nAssist with developing proposal outlines, compliance checklists, schedules, and initial InDesign documents.\nGather project, personnel, technical, and company information needed for proposal responses.\nCoordinate with Marketing team members and technical professionals to obtain required proposal content.\nFormat, proofread, edit, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal materials.\nSupport proposal production and final submission requirements.\nMaintain organized records of completed proposals and pursuit materials.\n\nMarketing Data & Knowledge Management\nGather, organize, enter, and validate project, personnel, client, and marketing data.\nBuild and maintain a comprehensive project experience library for the Energy group.\nDevelop and update project profiles, project sheets, resumes, qualifications, and other reusable marketing content.\nOrganize project experience by market, service, client, project type, and technical capability to improve accessibility for future pursuits.\nMaintain personnel information, including experience, qualifications, certifications, and relevant project history.\nMaintain reusable proposal content, boilerplate language, and supporting marketing resources.\nResearch historical projects and past proposals to identify relevant experience and qualifications.\nCoordinate with project managers and technical professionals to identify and fill gaps in project information.\nCapture information from new projects and completed work to continually expand the team's marketing knowledge base.\nMaintain proposal and project archives using established file structures and naming conventions.\nPerform CRM data entry, maintenance, and quality control to support accurate client, project, contact, and opportunity information.\n\nPresentations, Creative & Collateral\nAssist with the development of qualifications presentations, client presentations, conference materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.\nProvide document layout and basic graphic-design support using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Cloud applications along with Microsoft PowerPoint.\nMaintain established brand standards across marketing materials.\nUpdate templates and existing collateral in coordination with the Marketing team.\nSupport the development of graphics and other visual content for proposals and presentations.\n\nConferences, Events & Communications\nSupport Energy participation in conferences, tradeshows, client events, and other industry activities.\nAssist with registrations, sponsorships, logistics, shipping, marketing materials, and event-specific collateral.\nCoordinate with Marketing and technical professionals to support event preparation.\nAssist with internal and external communications and content-development activities as needed.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field.\nOne (1) year of marketing internship or professional experience preferred.\nStrong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to gather information from multiple sources and organize it in a clear, consistent, and usable manner.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign.\nExperience with CRM systems, databases, or content-management systems preferred.\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.\nAbility to receive feedback and apply it to future assignments.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn about Energy markets, clients, projects, and technical services.\nDesire to learn and grow professionally within the AEC
