You will mentor junior-level MEP engineering professionals, guiding them through their career development and providing technical support. Additionally, you will support proposal efforts, ensuring that design projects are clearly defined and accurately scoped.\nDesign projects will span across multiple markets and geographies, giving you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design. We are seeking a self-starter who can work independently, managing and efficiently moving through a variety of design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation.
